REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Chaise Apparel! Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to sanitary reasons. We kindly ask you to double-check your selections for color and size before placing your order to ensure complete satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding!
All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged/defect, we will replace the item for free upon review of your return. Returns must be unwashed, unworn and in pristine condition with all original tags attached. Every return is subject to an inspection and approval. SHIPPING POLICY
NOTE: Processing time excludes weekends (Saturday + Sunday) and major holidays. Chaise Apparel is not liable for missing/stolen packages marked delivered. If you believe your order was mis-delivered or confiscated, we recommend filling a claim with the carrier directly if you are experiencing any of these issues.
PRE ORDERS
Our pre order items will ship after processing and transit time. Estimated timeframe is 2-3 weeks. Most pre order items will have a ship out date in the product's description.
